I've never felt the toll of time;
Of course, life was never smooth for us;
We've had our struggles;
Our sweet and sour times as well;

 But never did we have a veil of pretense;
At times we fought;
but always loved fiercely;
With you, at my side, I feel so secure
I'd rather thank God for my life-partner
